The JoinedWorkz AI Gateway allows users to submit feedback, questions, bug reports, or feature requests via AI systems such as ChatGPT.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving and storing feedback
• Improving JoinedWorkz products and services
• Communication between users and maintainers
• Providing responses to submitted requests

3. Types of Data Processed

Depending on usage, the following data may be processed:

• Request content, such as title and message
• Technical metadata, such as timestamps
• Optional fields such as sourceName, sourceProject, sourceAgent, and externalReference
• Any personal data included in the submitted content

Users are advised not to submit sensitive personal data.

4. Source of Data

Data is provided directly by users via connected AI systems, such as a ChatGPT Custom GPT.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests

The legitimate interest lies in:

• Improving the software
• Handling user requests
• Ensuring system operation

6. Data Retention

Data is stored as long as necessary for processing and documentation purposes.

Feedback entries may be stored long-term, especially when relevant for traceability, product development, or documentation.

7. Data Sharing

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless:

• required for technical operation, for example by hosting providers
• required by law

When using AI systems such as ChatGPT, data may be processed by the respective provider. Their privacy policies apply accordingly.

8. Hosting

The application is hosted by an external hosting provider. In this context, technical access data such as IP address or connection data may be processed.

9. Security

Data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect data.

Users have the right to:
